I enjoy my Shiraz’s and these are my favourites at the moment, Maison Shiraz we visited the estate while in Franschhoek  and fell in love with the beautiful setting and the wine, Rust en Vrede and Guardian Peak Shiraz, Zevenwacht Syrah and Hartenberg Stork Shiraz.

I love a good buttery chardonnay and my favourite is from the Springfield Estate Methode Ancienne, the Wholeberry Cabernet from the same estate is also a firm favourite.

We had a great meal yesterday …

For Starters we shared platters of Veg and Chicken Springrolls, Salt & Pepper Squid and Sesame Prawn Toasts

Mains we had various combinations of Egg Fried Rice/Noodles with Duck & Prawn Chop Suey (with extra chillies – outstanding!) and Chicken & Cashew Chow Mein - also delish!

Dessert we could not resist the Fried Milk Cake with Vanilla Ice Cream

Next month – we are off to Bollywood for a mean curry !!!

Thank you so much for the wonderful catering for Dario’s 60^th birthday. Your food was outstanding – EVERYBODY commented on it. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. It was better than we had hoped for. We are very grateful.

 The fabulous Mum’s Mail Editor who is a Platinum Ambassador for Eat Greek wishes to get me talking about Eat Greeks amazing food! I have to do this in order to win an amazing platter for dinner for 6!

Well where to start……I think I qualify as the ambassador as I ate at Eat Greek before her! Hi Nick,

Firstly – thank you so much for such an amazing breakfast on Valentine’s day.  The food was sensational!  (Since it was the first time I have had Eat Greek food – it has to be my best!)

Then – onto the “Supper for 6” – I have cc’d my husband, my parents and my parents in law.  Being Greek, I know how much you appreciate and value family, and if that were the only criteria – I would be Greek too. 

My husband and I love and appreciate our parents so much, and in this fast paced life we live, we seldom get to stop and say “Thank you”.  They do so much for us, on an almost daily basis.  Fetch children, bring over a dinner, babysit so that we can have a date night every now and then.  They are our “go-to” people when we have decisions to make, or issues to talk over and resolve, and they have been our financial saviours too many times to mention.

They simply are, our hero’s, and I would LOVE to let them experience a little of the awesomeness that is “Eat Greek”.

I cannot thank you enough for the outstanding service you delivered to Galeforce Marketing. You exceeded our expectations!  I am only sad that you couldn’t have been a fly on the wall to hear all the amazing comments about the food … presentation and quality !!!!!  Our guests could not stop raving … you did us proud and made the evening an overwhelming success for us.

Our High tea party was a big surprise for my part time staff … they thought they were attending a meeting. So with smiles all round they tucked into your mouthwatering treats !!!

There were trays of Exotic Cheeses with pots of fresh figs & Mediterranean dips and the most scrummy Breakfast Quiches .
